DUO Fusion FAQs
Splash proof vs waterproof
Electronics that are splash proof are safe for splashes or rain but are not waterproof. Our Fusion speaker is splash proof; this means that it is “water-resistant”. Do not place the speaker in the pool or bath or directly in water, this may result in permanent damage to your product.
Where can I buy DUO products?
Our products are available online, from this website and select partners. Contact us to find out more.
Bluetooth queries
Make sure both speakers are turned on and press the power button 3 times on each speaker.
When the speakers are successfully paired or unpaired, you will hear a tone. This means that they are connected to each other.
You can then pair the Bluetooth to your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or computer).
